Polyester Chips: SDSPL’s CP Plant is equipped with two lines of continuous polymerization. The design and technology has been provided by Huitong Chemical Ltd, China. Process and equipment knowhow, coupled with state of art PLC & DCS Systems, ensures monitoring and control of critical parameters like IV, TiO2, Carboxylic End Group, Colour, % DEG Content etc.

SDSPL now runs the plant with twice the design capacity by in-house modifications to obtain consistent quality product. Currently, Fully Drawn Yarn (New) is manufacturing yarn form Semi-Dull polymer melt with capacity of 110 TPD.

This has enabled SDSPL to maintain high conversion rate and consistently provide high polymer quality in meeting varied and stringent customer requirements.
